What Are Your Hours?

Showroom Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 10:00 AM – 3:00PM
  • SUNDAY CLOSED

Warehouse Hours

  • Monday – Friday: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
    *No loading on weekends
  • SUNDAY: CLOSED

Are Children Allowed?

For safety’s sake no one under 18 allowed in the warehouse. Children in the showroom must be under the watchful eye of a parent or caretaker.

Can We View Slabs?

We are happy to assist you with selections. Please do not attempt to move slabs yourself. Let us help.

Do We Need To Make An Appointment?

Appointments are not necessary typically. However, if you would like a particular person to assist you, please phone the front desk to schedule an appointment.

Are Photos Allowed?

It is ok to photograph your selections, but widespread photography of inventory is not allowed. We are also happy to take and email pictures to you.

Do You Have Slab Samples?

Slab samples are not always available, and we do not strike the stones. However, you are welcome to take a photo. In fairness to all, showroom samples remain on site.

Do You Have Tile Samples?

We can order tile samples for you. Please note vendors may charge for samples. In fairness to all, showroom samples remain on site.

Do You Have Wifi?

Internet connection is available to guests.

Do You Accept Returns?

Sale items are final, no exchange, and no returns.
Slab Returns must be pre-approved, please phone your sales rep or the central office.
Tile sales are final, no exchange, and no returns.
